I'm Amy Pechacek, founder and president of Alpstra & Co., formerly Alpstra Training Solutions.
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to make a positive impact on those around me. I spent almost ten years teaching before transitioning to the corporate world. And guess what? I loved it, especially the leadership bits, working alongside some amazing sales and training teams.
Alpstra came to life because I'm passionate about helping people unlock their full potential. At Alpstra, our commitment to excellence is fueled by pushing you to break those old molds, inspiring leaders to step up their game, and reshaping mindsets for some serious growth in all corners of life and work.
