Alpstra & Co. was founded in 2019 by Amy Pechacek, a former educator turned leadership expert who recognized a deeper need in the professional world: the need for leaders to grow from the inside out.
Drawing from her own personal journey of resilience and faith, Amy created Alpstra to be a catalyst for personal transformation and lasting leadership impact.
From the beginning, Alpstra has been rooted in servant leadership and built on the belief that professional development starts with personal growth. We help leaders develop the emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-awareness needed to build trust, strengthen culture, and lead with integrity.
