About Alpstra

Alpstra & Co. was founded in 2019 by Amy Pechacek, a former educator turned leadership expert who recognized a deeper need in the professional world: leaders grow sustainably from the inside out.

Drawing from her own journey of resilience, leadership, and faith, Amy created Alpstra as a catalyst for personal transformation and lasting leadership impact.

From the beginning, Alpstra has been rooted in integrated forms of leadership, built on the belief that professional development begins with personal growth. We work with leaders to develop the emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and relational capability required to build trust, strengthen culture, and lead with integrity under real-world pressure.

As a women-owned business, Alpstra is committed to equipping people at every level with the mindset, tools, and support to lead authentically and make meaningful, sustained impact, in their organizations, communitites, and beyond.

Founder & President

Amy partners with leaders and organizations to strengthen culture, elevate emotional intelligence, and create trust-filled environments where people and performance thrive.

 

Amy works with leaders and organizations to build trust-centered cultures where people feel valued, communication flows more effectively, and teams perform at their best. She brings a practical, people-first approach to every room—whether she’s delivering a keynote or facilitating a leadership workshop, or coaching senior leaders.

Her work empowers leaders at all levels to communicate with clarity, lead with authenticity, and cultivate the emotional intelligence needed to navigate change, resolve conflict, and drive lasting results.

Cassandra Rambo

Cassandra empowers professionals at every stage of leadership to navigate transitions with clarity, emotional intelligence, and a grounded sense of self.

 

With a background in HR consulting, coaching, and organizational development, she equips leaders to show up with purpose, communicate with impact, and lead high-performing teams without compromising their well-being or values.

Her holistic approach blends practical leadership tools with mindset and nervous system work to help clients overcome imposter syndrome, build lasting confidence, and develop a leadership presence that resonates across roles and environments.

Chief Relationship Officer

Alan partners with leaders and organizations to build trust-centered relationships that support long-term growth and performance.

With decades of experience in sales leadership, executive development, and relationship management, Alan brings a steady, people-first approach to every partnership. His work focuses on strengthening credibility, aligning priorities, and helping leaders move decisions forward with clarity and integrity.

As Alpstra’s Chief Relationship Officer, Alan champions client relationships and partnerships, helping organizations bridge human connection with business outcomes in ways that are practical, grounded, and sustainable.
